Registration Fee

Upon applying to a ZAHESO program, a registration fee is required. This fee is fully refundable should your application not be accepted for any reason. The registration fee supports your comprehensive pre-departure assistance and is retained by our dedicated coordination team in Zanzibar.

Program Fees

Your program fee may be paid either in one lump sum or in multiple smaller installments, depending on your preference. However, the full balance must be cleared at least 30 days before your program start date.

This fee directly supports your chosen program and typically includes:

• Airport pickup upon arrival in Zanzibar
• Comfortable accommodation throughout your stay
• Daily meals (as per the program arrangement)
• 24/7 in-country support from our experienced local team
